I concur with red tiger. The last time this came up, some posters reported getting doubles Discounts, but I have never received one at any AMP including GG and BO, even with a strong repeat relationship. It can probably happen at the right time, but everything can vary with circumstances. I don't think it is normal to have a doubles discount at either of these places.
