I have not been to Pine Tree (PT) in several years. My last time there a white woman was working the desk. She may have been a temp. Only 1 I remember is Terry (some thought sounded like Teddy). I saw her a couple times.

I read here my previous rates might be on my card (under what last name & real DOB), but old rates may not be honored after several years. I know rates YMMV. I do not want to overpay & mess it up for me or you.

I have been seeing the name Sofia on the six shops schedule for a long time now. Every time I have visited with the intent of seeing her, she was not there. She was on today's schedule, and then was magically replaced by Tory sometime in the last hour or so. Anybody know if Sofia is even a real person? If so, any reviews?

You are correct. It is the newest addition to the five (now six) shops. It has been open for several months now, maybe even as long as one year. I have visited there and it is nicer than most of it's sister shops.

Sometimes I'm not the worlds most observant human, but late last night driving home from Tampa I noticed "Palace" in the same strip center as Utopia on Ulmerton Road. At the risk of stating the obvious I think this is the newest addition to the 6 shops group. I reported on the Palace Spa (AMP) way north on US 19 in Palm Harbor and perhaps it wasn't clear as to which Palace I was reviewing. I've never been to Palace on Ulmerton, so sorry for any confusion.

What are the damages?

Hour 80+160. I don't usually do half hours, but I'm assuming the half hour house fee is 60, and not sure if they dock the tip down to 140 or try to keep at full rate. I would go in ASSUMING 140 HHR tip (hand her that much with a knowing confidence) and see if it holds up, or if you get push back. . . Then have an extra Jackson in your other pocket if you need it.

I took a drive to St Pete to visit Avalon a few days ago. She met me at her door with a fishnet top that was looking like it was ready to break!
