Many of the girls who stayed off of the street because they could work from their phone and an internet ad will return to the street.

Just saw a girl on the corner of fairhaven and church. Was in a red jacket. I didn't get a good look due to a fellow monger chatting her up. Looked decent though. Thought she was a civi at first.
