Went there around 6 PM today. Saw quite a few cars in the parking lot. I haven't been there in about 10 years. The complex is more active and a small hair salon next door. That's better than my experiences there. I've only had older providers there, I'd rate a 3 or a 4. Nice attitude, and provided HE but nothing special.

I had a dream (more a nightmare) that I was there and it was an experience I do not want to repeat. I think it was a skinny ass boy with an extreme attitude that is now the only talent. At least that was the creature in this nightmare, though can't be sure.
