Then go on to tell her that $40 is an insult to me as a client for wasting my time and cancelling on me after our appointment time. My time is worth more than that.

Again she says I told you I was sorry.

I have not bothered with her since and she has not been in touch with me.

Fuck her and her flaky behavior, she does not deserve any customers after that treatment.
