Just for the ease and comfort a milking table would be worth it. On a regular massage table laying face down does get a bit uncomfortable if you know what I mean.

In my experience indie massage therapists tend to be more liberal on time. Meaning they don't mind going over the time I pay for. The one legit (no playing) massage spa I go to end right on time.

When I pay for a 1 hour massage and hand them the money, I look at them and say "it's for 1 full hour" and then I make sure they see me look at the clock. Have not had much of a problem since then.

If it's an important issue, ask before you get to the room. If you are in and out in less than the advertised / promised time, don't repeat; but always report.
