Then about five minutes later and unmarked car drove by with another uniform police officer on his phone driving by Wendy's really slowly. Like I said, get that on the boards ASAP.

It was difficult to find availability with her (see other post about husband) When I did she cancelled on me when I was on my way to see her. I never tried to rescheduled since there other good options available.
