I sent them a removal request as a violation of their TOS, but they don't make it easy to do as a DMCA request. According to their site, you have to legitimately have a copyright or be in the process of acquiring one. If the TOS violation doesn't work, I may give it a try, but I don't know if it is really worth it.

How were you able to determine this is hosted by imgur? I'm not seeing anything to indicate that, but maybe I'm missing it?

Thanks for this. I searched my google voice # on predatoralerts.com and sure enough, my profile pic (which is me but you can't see my face) showed up along with my username. I didn't do the DMCA take down notice route though; I just submitted a removal request through https://imgur.com/removalrequest and imagur honored it. Funny thing though, I just searched that GV # again to see what would pop up and they replaced the image with a non-descript picture of some random dude with the name "John". Even though it's not me I just submitted another removal request, LOL.
