Place on Balboa and Parnethia. Standard rates (. 4 for 1/2, . 5 for hour) and rooms seem clean, even paper cover on the table. Got Nancy, late 30's, meh face, ok body, nice rack (36 C, maybe? Longtime lurker first time poster. I just moved to the area and am new to the hobby. I went to a place near my apartment in North Hollywood. It was called lucky panda. If you look on Google Streetview you can see a monger standing in front of the place with the doors chained up.

Its obvious he horny as hell and wondering where he is going to go next.

I am not sure about the law concerning a parlor, but I believe each provider must have a current certificate / license. Even if only one provider had that, then why did they close down the shop?
