Got her digits from a fellow member here after trading digits of a non-SA UTR I know. I texted her a bit, and have concluded she is prob being pimped out. Draw your own conclusions. Here are where my alarm bells went off.

1) She is at a motel and wanted to meet there. Immediately gave me the address. I have never seen a genuine SB who stays at hotels, only escorts in disguise.

2) Mostly one word replies. Almost immediately asking when we could meet before we got any sort of conversation going (more in line with a BP girl).

3) 18 yo white girl staying in Forest Park. Yeah. Nothing shady about that.

4) She wanted 250. When I asked for how long. Until I cum. One time.

This is really bad, and there have been other recent incidents. I think the other one was in the Cleveland area, Ohio anyway. Those of us who have SOs are obviously not happy at all with this. We collectively need to compare notes about whatever other precautions are needed. Obviously, there are scammers setting up profiles on SA to scoop up numbers for this purpose. A burner # is essential for so many reasons, this one additionally. I asked the other day for someone to provide a tutorial for those of us to get a GV # on our Android burner phones, so you can just abandon any # that gets compromised. The photo, IDK. Someone may be able to provide advice. It's hard to draw in the babies without an attractive pic, and there's going to come a time before the M&G that a real photo is essential.

Do you have any ideas who it might have been? They need to be reported to SA, obviously.

I don't have any idea who it might be. I have cast a fairly wide net on SA and when someone shows some legitimate interest I try to move it to text as soon as possible so there are quite a few that have my GV number. I would recommend that anyone else that gets a similar message and knows it came from SA to report it. Just maybe if enough people report it they will at least send a nasty letter.

Google Voice setup is pretty easy. Go to voice. google.com and login with your monger Google account. It will then ask you to pick a phone number and walk you through everything. You can then use it in a web browser to text and even do VOIP calls. To add it to your phone, download the Voice app and then go into the settings on the app and there will be an option to add an account and you can then add the monger GV account. I only add it to my phone when I'm going to meet someone and then I remove the google account from my phone as soon as I'm done, but that's because I use my real phone and I don't want anyone poking around on my phone and seeing it. Also, when I do add it to my phone I go into the account settings in the main system settings window and I remove all of the sync options for that dummy Google account. As far as I've been able to tell, there is no obvious leftovers on my phone after I remove the dummy account, but as I said in another post, I'm not doing this to prevent LE, it's just to prevent family or friends from seeing it. When I don't need this on my phone, all communication is through a web browser using incognito mode so that it doesn't remember things I type in or download any cookies or history. Again that is just to prevent family, not LE, I know that incognito mode is not anonymous browsing.

As far as the photo, I have now switched to a photo that is not me and still a blurred face to prevent an SB from doing an image search and realizing it's fake. I did a google image search using my basic description and picked one that wasn't a celebrity and had a similar build and hair color. I'll also use that picture to text without a blurred face. So far I've had one SB ask me to send them a picture of me holding up a certain number of fingers to prove I'm real and my fake picture would obviously make that hard.

Agreed. Unless you're using a SB like an Escort, there are plenty of ways she can eventually find your true identity, at least when law enforcement becomes involved. How many SBs can host? I've found very few can, so you're getting a hotel room on a specific date. Try to get one of those without your real identity. And if it came down to it, that's traceable. Are you going out to eat or some other activity with your SB? Then you're using your car, at least if you're local, and they can see and possibly even take a picture of your license plate. And how hard would it be for your SB to take your pic at some point? So the idea that you can't be tracked down in the future is just a little silly.

I don't think you've been reading these threads very long. There are strategies to deal with all of these issues. I have many times gotten hotels w / an assumed name / fake address, I just pay cash. The most important point I want to make apropos the current thread is that you can indeed have a secret, unfindable, disposable phone # - get a prepaid burner w / Android, and use GV. That GV # is *not* traceable back to you. I have a googlemail account too, and there is no way that comes back to me so long as I only use Tor to log into the site, without fail. It would truly take the NSA to find me, and I can assure you POTs and SBs don't have those resources.

I use a google voice number for all of my texting and today I got a weird message telling me I can remove all of my information from online by going to guaranteedremoval.com. At first I didn't think anything of it, but then I googled my number and sure enough it shows up on a predatorsalerts.com site along with my SA profile pic and says I offer money for sex. The pic really is me, but my entire head is completely blurred and I've never used that pic anywhere online for it to show up in an image search. The one thing I find scary about this is that I have sent my real face pic via text, but I can guarantee that will now change. I'm very careful about my privacy, but it still doesn't sit very well to see that there even though it couldn't be traced back to my real identity.

So that predator junk site is still around. I remembered seeing it one time many years back and was wondering if it still existed.

Yes a google number can be traced back to you, but it kind of depends on who you are trying to avoid. A blackmail scheme or some provider / SB is not going to be able to trace that since it would require a subpoena to Google. If you are trying to avoid LE that is a different story and you are going to need to do a lot more than just use a burner and I would argue that if they really want you they could get you no matter how hard you try to hide your identity. I don't care how seasoned you are, you can be lured into a trap by LE on SA since you aren't going out with reviewed providers that have a known history. Personally I find the risk of someone finding a burner phone much higher than LE taking legal action to uncover my identity through Google voice. We all take a risk by engaging in this and we need to be aware of that risk and decide what we care about and can control.

I have no idea who this was, but I do know it was from SA. I reported it to SA just in case they are interested in taking any legal action. I highly doubt they would, but at the least, them taking my profile pic and posting it to their site should be a DMCA violation. SA did respond and ask me for a direct link and I gave it to them, but I won't hold my breath. The site doesn't have anything that actually identifies me, but I'd still love to see them shut down.

As I stated below, they are hosting the pics on imgur.com. Report the photo as yours to imgur.com and that it's being used without your permission and they will take it down.

I know a guy that an attorney tracked down because the girl popped twins and DNA tests ordered provider or not. They did it through surveillance and tag numbers, phone numbers, tapings. They did it before he was aware she she preggers and well needless to say the only way to keep his child support low was to getting joint custody. Strange world no ones that smart to have it all figured out.

Yep, one of these scandelous scam / blackmail sites got a hold of my hobby phone number and kept sending text threats warning I would be outed if I did not send them a fee. I of course kept telling the asswipes to knock themselves out and release my fake information since I did not give a hoot. After about year of their BS threats, they finally gave up. We live in some fucked times be careful out there.
