If a SB is charging you for time. Either for your date or for a meet and drink. She is either using you or not a SB. Time is never part of this (other then the I have to be a work at. Or he the sitter is good till.) anyone that wants a gift or money to meet for drinks to see if there is a connection is a no fly at all, no matter how hot or anything.
