I've hit this stroll a few times (it's the closest to where I live) and have always left disappointed. Only a few takers to be had at any given time of night on weekends (fewer still are good looking) and Uncle Leonard is constantly around the area in force. North Street has been pretty hit and miss for quite awhile in my experience. If you're going to be in that area anyway, try Pulaski, south of North and Cicero, north of Armitage.
