What you do is warn them to leave (while you get a video of them being warned with your phone). In Florida anyone that doesn't leave your property after you warned them to can be arrested. As for the ho lying, most cops already know the deal and are aware what some of them do this. Anyone pulling this stunt you can be sure they have a lengthy criminal history and no cop, judge or jury would believe them.

Cruised OBT from Gore to Consulate for about 2 hours. Cops galore on Nashville and All Star City.

Everyone else seems to be picking up Great ones and I've been out and about pretty regularly and really didn't see anyway.

Fortunately, I haven't run into this, but I've planned it out.

Set your phone to record and tell her to get out or you'll start driving far away until she decides to get out. Make it clear that you're not bringing her back. The audio prevents a kidnapping charge, but don't dump her anywhere unsafe. I live 40 miles away, so it's easy for me.

If that doesn't work you can go to a drive thru and get a few cups of water. Start pouring.

Yep, that's happened to me a couple times. I just remind them of what my best guess of what their rap sheet looks like is and I tell them about mine, which is a one traffic ticket in 1988, that's it. Then I start dialing and ask them if they really want me to go through with the call. Peace and tranquility soon follow.
