This pops up from time to time on Summer. I was one of the ones that brought it to the forefront. Summer / Tina PM'd me to explain the situation. She got popped for the biz a few years back. She was doing an outcall and had a driver. The driver was trying to talk his way out of charges with the LEO and told the LEO that Tina was HIV+ in an effort to divert attention away from him. The LEO never checked anything and added to the charge based upon the driver's word.

Tina had to be tested for HIV and it came back negative. She presented the test to the court and the charge was dropped. She PM'd me a copy of the court document that showed that the charge was dropped. I personally saw that document with my own eyes and it all looked quite legit.

There's what has been presented to me from her and I saw it myself. This is first hand information given to me by Tina.

Believe what you want to but I am telling the 100% truth about this.

On another side note, anyone of you that believes they have never seen a girl that is HIV+ in this hobby is deceiving themselves. This is a good reason that you should always wrap up for the main event, especially when doing Greek. The chances of it spreading any other way than Greek is extremely rare. Personally, I don't do Greek at all but to each his own. My. 02.

I have personally seen the documents on the courts website where the charge was dismissed. That is why in order to post something you have to have a link to a CONVICTION. It is becoming more and more routine for DA's to CHARGE chicks with this only to have the charge later reduced (of course after it hits the newspapers) and then at election time they can point to the number of HIV crack addicted prostitutes they "tried" to get off the street but it's not their fault if the "system" won't let them do their job.
