I think time is runnng out for Ocean Blue, dropped bye today around 4 pm and the city and state inspectors walked in behind me. Waited around to hear them say they need to see licenses and to inspect the facilities. I left upon leaving the insurance company next door was out taking photos of license plates of the vehicles parked in the front and the back.

Just a heads up.

After one visit most anyone who went there, knew they wouldn't be around long, dam shame.

Damn that sucks, I was planning on going there today and not so much now. So curious, how screwed would a monger be that happened to be enjoying a dream and found themselves in the middle of a raid?

I'm no expert, but I honestly don't believe that anyone participating in a dream is in serious legal danger if they can handle themselves in the right way. I think the risk is more related to one's sense of privacy. At such a time, those enjoying a dream would absolutely be identified and certainly asked a few questions, at least.

There is risk in the hobby regardless of how one participates in it. You have to personally evaluate each situation. It is Risk vs Reward.

I am not saying to go or not, just that SamnThony61 is definitely correct. Details are bad for my personal business, but inspectors did indeed lodge some complaints about the establishment in question. And the neighbors aren't happy.

The woman came up behind me and loudly asked if I needed help, stared me down as I entered my car and drove off. It is not being taken lightly, the heat is on.

You should have asked her if by help, she meant she's offering a better massage deal.

Don't understand why they're getting that upset. I doubt that place would be doing quadruple the business if it wasn't for all those meddling mongers! Hell, if anything. They should be looking to partner with them and put their business cards next to the gold cat in the lobby.

It is against the law for a private citizen / company to be photographing someone license plate.

No it's not, not in any state is that against the law.

Well, if you broke into somebody's garage to take the photo then yes but if they are on the street in public you can photograph it.

So I decide to get a decent massage and from what I've read here recently, May is the place to be.

I walk in without calling ahead thinking I really didn't need to, and I'm greeted by the mamas an who actually looked like Lurch the butler from the adams' family.

Not sure what she was saying but her body language wasn't good. She asked "you heeah for one hawa" and I tell her that I'm here for the one hour special.
