There's been some gossip on one of the forums recently regarding our customer service. I like to think that we do a pretty good j0b taking care of our clients as well as offering them the best variety in the city, and at the best price. The two people that were making negative accusations towards our customer service abilities are not giving you the full story. Discounts are offered to clients that have had disappointing appointments with our models. These girls are new and some will be great for the industry and some will not. Cate was problematic and was fired. If we hear a few complaints we fire these girls immediately. Some people are bewildered by our turnover rate. It's called quality control. Many other agencies might want to do the same.
There is always lots of talk about EEC and when people have bad experiences. Especially the two guys recently on the forums. I know that the other agencies have girls that give bad experiences. I know this because they used to work for us and they were fired. Zarah is a good example. Complaint after complaint. And she was canned. Angelis Angels picked her up and I know she is repeating her bad habits with their clients. But it's not talked about. We charged $300 for Zarah. They charge $400. We fired Zarah because we believe in standards. They keep Zarah because they have lower standards and a buck is a buck. Zarah could've kept making money for us but we won't allow girls to mistreat our clients. They need to hit the road. McDonald's is always hiring as well. When we have to keep shelling out discount after discount then enough is enough.
We don't have shill accounts or pay others to write fake reviews. We also don't have paid groups of people propping us up on every forum. We prefer just to give you great appointments and prices.
When dealing with humans there will always be inconsistencies. That's why we try to make things right when we learn of any issues.
There is no risk making appointments with our models. If the experience is below expectation then we can give credit or refunds depending upon the circumstances. Remember you can't have new talent and many reviews. By the time a girl gets 5 reviews she isn't really new talent anymore.
Low prices. Beautiful girls, Weekly new hires, thats EEC. If there is anything else we can do to improve simply send us an email or text. We will consider everything and are always trying hard to deliver the best value.

EEC just emailed to their client list explaining and telling their side of the story in response to the comments going around here. Two recent complaints about Cate come from one senior member and one regular member. Other than the minor error, their explanation falls in my expectation. It's the tradeoff between different business practices. Regardless, I respect the fact that EEC would engage and response to customers' feedback, rather than just block people out from inquiries.

If you didn't ask them that, at least you can try the girl out and see how open she is and how far you can go with the same rate. With AA, you may need to indicate the choice of PSE upfront and pay more. People will feel worse about the letdown if they are underwhelmed by AA girls in this sense.

This is a really bad business practice. You cannot have it both ways. If you want to use these lingos for marketing, at least you need to set your providers' expectation straight, and let your providers know what type of service they need to do as standard package.

A better practice is to do what ChicagoCoverGirls does, not mentioning anything about greek or pse and let the girls and clients figuring out themselves. Agency just arranged the appointment for companions. All reviews on girls from CCC indicated BBBJ and kissing. And that's the consistency clients would appreciate.
Another better practice is to do what EliteSecret does, just be specific about who are willing to speak Greek in the implicit way that everyone understands. Whether the girl or agency want to add upcharge is a different question. But at least the information is clear. Sandra hardly used PSE, I knew she used it to described Linda Muse before, but Linda does provide a decent PSE by its definition regarding the style of interaction and intercourse, and Linda does anal as default. So when Sandra uses the term, she set clients' expectation correctly. And again, all reviews on her girls indicate the same kind of consistency: girls provides what Sandra advertise they do. There are at least one girl on Sandra's bullpen that do CBJ mostly, but the reviews do reveal that fact, while only a handful indicating bbbj.
You may find the appearance of girls from these two agencies less attractive than MCE/CEC, EEC, or the 262. But you are unlikely to run into a surprising disappointment with their girls. There are reasons why they stay long in this business with lower turnover.
Angelis started to include additional details as "PSEWA" and "PSE no A" on profiles, so at least I know for those with these notes, whether they speak greek. Yet, I still wish they can clarify what the heck their PSE is because I want to know if upcharge is fair. But I'm not going to ask them straight up. I may book Chloe and ask her 'in person' about this. But meanwhile, I have my eyes on enough girls besides Chloe. So...not anytime soon.
Sidenote: if agency providers insist on CBJ, not just for a client showing up sweaty and filthy, but for every one, then the agency has a problem of talent management. And if an agency advertise vaguely and its girls provides YMMV services on these rather standard expectations, I am just less inclined to use the agency even if it represents my ATF. There are better agencies and more girls out there. I appreciate how hard it is to run an escort agency, but like any other business, there are always successes and failures. Market will work it out. Some agencies don't really care about business practice because there are always johns out there. Why would they care about a few customers wanting more clarity of their advertisement?

One of the reasons why I continue to use EEC is that whenever I have had a bad experience with a girl, they always made it up to me. I would reach out to the handler again. I'm sure they will give you a credit of some sort. They have never let me down.

Anyway, here's the major problem with this EEC agency. You have a monger that got shorted his time, complained and the girl was retired. However, the monger did not get any type of credit or redo of his session.
It's pretty obvious that this was the issue that led to her getting removed. She was on the schedule for one day so this happened on that one day she was on and when he complained they took her off.
At the very least they should have given him his next session for half off.

Thats probably why she's no longer working for that agency. They don't put up with a lot of shit and don't hesitate to let them go if they become a liability with the customers.
