I've been using BAD since 2012, and in my opinion they are definitely past their prime. I've had good luck with BAD in the past. I do contract work and their their screening wasn't a problem for me. I've always found them to be reliable and such. But I will say their quality has gone down a bit in the past and now they raised their price. Haven't seen their new talent so I can't comment but their pics like nice.
