You are correct that the charge is unlikely to stick. But my point was to do your best to not get arrested in the first place, so I do not agree with you about staying silent. Clamming up totally might piss them off, being evasive same thing. Saying stupid shit like "I have a right to refuse your questions" is really bad.

As I said, always have a good excuse, and never stray from it. Be polite. I cannot believe how many idiot guys fall for the standard police question "C'Mon., it is best for you to come clean with me and tell me the truth, we will go easy on you if you tell us you picked up this girl for prostitution ".

Only lucky thing was that the cops couldn't drive stick to move my truck, and their tow truck must've forgotten about it, as it was the only ride they didn't impound. Since then, I've been pulled over here and there for various stupid crap. Make absolutely sure that you are legit. ALL papers in order and up to date, no warrants, open containers, visible stuff you're not supposed to have, etc.

And know that just because maybe you didn't actually do anything, that doesn't matter if the cops don't care.

Met Colette (or something close to this) the other day around Albert. She had retro style glasses. She seemed nice when we met, it during the mouth massage I couldn't touch her anywhere, when I rubbed her ass over her pants, she stopped and said that costs more. Ruined the mood. The skills were so-so, would not repeat.
