Not set up by LE. Doing a little research into who registered the domain it's all done through a company that acts as if it masks the true owner of the domain. Doing more research on the phone number attached to the registration (which is required for any domain registrations), it comes up with the details for the company that is routinely flagged as a scam business. While Dart may be down with dirty tactics to foster his agenda, it's not the county's MO to collaborate with out of state businesses who skirt the law themselves.

Bottom line, still would avoid contacting anyone associated to those posts, but not because of LE.

For the Hell of it I checked their site. It has a 13 minute anti prostitution video. It gives all these stats of girls getting into this business, how it hurts women, shows pics of guys with STDs, interviews with former working girls who I wouldn't see if they paid me because they're hideous looking, blah blah blah. Basically it shames guys for seeing these girls. Did I feel guilty after watching the video? Hell No! I'm going to keep having Fun. Just another waste of taxpayer's money.
