It could be a recycled number. He had the number when he first setup FB. Then switched out the number. The provider gets the d number when she got her phone. Recycling numbers happen all the time; I used to get bill collector calls for a "Holly" when I first got my current number.

The ad was late one night earlier this week. Like most "real" ads, it was flagged so it was deleted shortly after being posted. Just thought I would share the information.
