Thanks dawgg. I appreciate the support. I live in Delaware and work in Baltimore a few days a week. When I'm here I like to sample the local culture. Yes but it can be hit or miss. You will find that is the case with most strolls. Even the most active strolls have dead times. In D's case you might see it more active at night but if you search you will find SWs day night or any time.

I think he may also be referring to some of the woman you see panhandling in various areas. I've had 2 encounters with gals working a particular corner / area for change. Used to run into one on 40 w just w of TT din for those of you familiar. That worked for a few mo. Until she moved from the brown notel further w. Had a similar experience in another area.
