I'm a novice in the massage world but I read the posts a couple of times per week. It would appear that closer to $ . 4 for the HE is along the lines of "standard".

So is a $15 dollar tip on a $45 30 min massage really under the acceptable range? I am not trying to argue, but trying to understand. I thought that an hour massage, with He is $60, witha $40 tip, but have read others say that the damages were $60, or $80.

The massage was short, not well done and a jackhammer HE. What should the tip be?

Massage time and cost is separate from HE. If it wasn't going well you should have told her to stop and just gave a tip for the massage. I think you were being cheap.

If its a shitty time, just forgo the HJ. Don't put you and her through a rough time. Then the small tip is truly justified.

At about 7 pm Thursday, I went to 92nd and Capitol. Closed, lights off. Decided to go west to 144th. Third visit there, not very impressed. Chew-Chew, or Choo Choo, or Chu Chu greeted me. Time was limited so I was in for 30 minutes. Below avg massage. Light, too much oil. Whatever. She went right to jackhammering on the flip with fake moaning. Her focus was to get it over with. Wiped up. Small bottle of water and done. Then she asks for a tip. The 30 min was 45 bucks, so I gave her a 15 dollar tip. You would have thought I poked her in the eye with this tip by her reaction. And she did this stupid pouty face thing while doing a stroking motion with her hand. ALL THE WAY OUT THE DOOR. I almost videotaped it to share with you guys. I won't go back, there are better options than this out there.
