For what's worth, I appreciate your report, and I wasn't going to say anything because I don't really care how you used the spinner term. I always go to the numbers and judge myself.

Now, unfortunately, you need to understand, people use spinners fairly loosely and inaccurately, just like the way PSE or VIP being used in the ads. Readers are annoyed by the fuzziness of the intel, which can set the expectation inaccurately. In your case, people knew from your report that Octivia is a good time, then they would want to know whether her digits are accurate, and if her digits are even better/skinnier than what are listed on site since you said she is a tiny Latina spinner.

In the past, people criticized about this more than you may know, mostly about providers' inflating use of these terms, sometimes about guys' review. I participated in all conversations trying to pointing to some neutral ground and standard. My goal is to help people provide good intel, and encourage people to describe information more objectively rather than subjectively. 5'3" 118 lbs is NOT a definition of a spinner, even if we assume the numbers are accurate. She seems hot and have a good appearance, slender or thin, but NOT a spinner, not by a long shot. Similarly, 5' 0" 115 lbs is just short and thin, still NOT a spinner.

IMHO, spinner has to be short and skinny for almost anyone to be able to pick her up in the air for action. It has to be height-weight proportional, but the lighter the better matched to the definition.
