I understand your frustration, but for your safety, I'd suggest a different approach. Your posts makes it clear you were pretty condescending, and that can backfire.

One, while you may feel you are above the "ghetto", you are venturing into the ghetto for a cheap nut and need to be respectful of how things operate. Yes, dope houses already have traffic that raises alarms, so they are pretty serious about people drawing extra unnecessary heat by bringing traffic that doesn't involve profit. I wouldn't recommend telling anyone, "I'm not from the ghetto and don't care about the rules". Second, the "I'm a Republican. " comment was over the top. If I was that SW the dude I went and got would have put one and your head and left you slumped in that alley. It's not safe to go into peoples neighborhoods then talk down to them like you are better than them. If that ***** was offended and vindictive, she could have gotten you hit up pretty good, especially considering you were pressed enough to sit there in an alley and wait for her to come back. Locked doors mean nothing to bullets. Be firm, be direct. But I seriously wouldn't recommend talking that kinda smack. All she has to do is mention to one them dope boys how you are in the neighborhood carrying it and one of them might decide to deal with you. Just be safe, dawg. And I have many dead friends who were killed with guns on them. Please don't believe just because you strapped, you are safe.

You have balls to carry in Baltimore. They are hell on carrying without a permit, not to mention all she has to do is go to one of her friendly neighborhood cops and say a guy in this car just pulled a gun on me. She will have your description and at least the color and general make of your car. You end up with a 5 year mandatory prison sentence and she still gets to work the streets.

I must disagree with last post. Letting a girl into a car is not a deal or a debt to owe money. Especially in 20 degree weather where they are wearing a big puffy jacket, a hoodie, and beanie, in the dark of night. Looks matter. Maybe some don't care about looks, but some of us do. This particular girl I would not have wanted sex or oral for free.

If its sunny at lunch time and the girls are wearing a tight top and shorts and their body and face is visible, yes letting them into the car may mean you probably should work out a deal if they are reasonable in price. But wearing 4 layers and a beanie and hoodie, mongers have the right to look for things like teeth, overall cleanliness, lack of swollen hands and marked up arms, decent skin. I have seen 9's and 0's on the street. I have seen 3's that look like 8 until they get into car. I have seen girls I would have probaly passed on, but let them in, and the beanie and hoodie came off and I saw their stomach greats and relizes it was actually a hottie all bundled up underneath the jackets and was more than happy to pay and see her then text her for another meet up the next night.

I guess my point, no ones time is so valuable that they are owed for getting in a cat, especially if their, body and face are concealed due to the cold. Mongers have the right to politely ask them to leave and no payment is required. In this situation I feel like she led me on a goose chase trying to drag it out thus giving her an argument that I owed her $ for her "work" in trying to find me a particular girl. In reality she may have had no clue where the girl was and knew this all along. To further this, when I gave in and gave her 2 bucks she was still furious I didn't give her more. I made it clear from the get go I would pay her 5 to find the girl, not to attempt to find the girl.

When I mentioned "I'm not from the ghetto I don't know the rules" this was to say.

1. If those are in fact the rules (she can't walk into the house without payment), then we are done because I'm not risking losing the money, so lets end this and I can get back to mongering and she can get back to working.

2. If you are lying about the rules to swindle me, then stop, because I'm not falling for it.

The most likely outcome would have been she took 7, bought her pill, returned without the girl. Then she would have asked for her purse and stuff back (which she said she would leave in my car as collateral) to which I would reply, "well I want my 7 back".

Sorry for any confusion for my posts, but I did make it very clear from the beginning that I was not a trusting person and I did not like the direction this was going but she pleaded with me to let her find the girl, I made it clear I was not going to do it in any way where I risked getting taken for any amount of cash. I will not back up his condescending tone toward the inner city atmosphere. But he did make some good points. But, I too think that SW should not be paid for doing nothing. If one guys allows them to get away with it, they figure out fast that this can be the new game and get paid for not putting I work. Because it is not smart to talk business / donation through the window, you have to let them inside, when they get in they hit you with a ridiculous mount, like 60 for a BJ and they won't budge from that amount. Then you ask them to exit and they hit you with, "Can I have $5 because you wasted my time".

This becomes their whole racket.

Picked up redhead Marissa near Citgo. Long story short, she took off her leggings and her entire calf was was wrapped up. When she removed the bandage she revealed a 10 inch open wound exposing deep muscle, green tissue and running brown fluid. The stench was overwhelming. I gave her more bandages and took her to the ER. I also made the mistake of giving her some money for food while she waited. You can probably guess how this worked out: she say in ER but left before being admitted. She has a life threatening wound almost certainly MRSA. If you see her please tell her to go back to the hospital.

Be careful of ugly leeches, girls who think everyone owes them something. They think their time is worth something, my time is too. They think if they get in your car, they deserve money (no matter how disgusting they may be). They do not deserve money for just existing and being alive, typicall wellfare victim mentality behavior.

I was in BP, saw one that I thought looked decent. She came up to car, I told her "oh sorry thought you were someonelse" as she looked terrible (about 5'8, skinny, dark hair, badly scarred face, about 29 years old). She said she knew who I was looking for and the girl was at a house around the corner could go get her. Asked if she could have a few bucks to go get her, I told her I'm not playing this game have the girl come to my car ill give 5 bucks, if I can work out a deal with the girl I wanted. She said she needed money to go to the house to buy something or they wouldn't want her to show up, the house was "hot" they didn't want people going in and out. I told her I'm not from the ghetto I don't care about their rules, I'm not giving her money upfront and letting her walk away. She said she would laave her purse, I told her I don't care, no offense, I don't trust anone down there for shit.

She begged me to give her 6 bucks and leave her stuff in the car to go get the girl, I told her I'd had enough this chat is over, she would not get out of the car and started begging for money. I told her I'm a republican, and I'm not a nice guy, and I don't do favors, I told her I'm sick of everyone in the ghettoo or BP begging me for money every time I get gas, my money is my money I don't give it away for free, I'm not rich.

I realized this was stupid to even argue iwth her, I should ahve been as cruel as possible and scared the shit of of her to get out of the car, she offered to blow me for 5 dollars I told her I didn't want anythign from her I'm not attracted to her. Finally she yelled out to some guy asking for the girl I was looking for and told me take her to 1 more house she would try and find her, I stuidly did, she go out of the car I should have drove off, but the little head took over and she got out of my car and came back timley with some guy, giving me some BS "The girl should be back in 15 minutes I don't got her number yo". My doors were locked at this time but I had my window down a bit in this ally for her to speak to me, and she had her little hadn in the car begging for money. I finally gave her 2 bucks and told to get the fuck away from me, she begged for 3 more and I took off.

I lost 2 bucks could have been worse, but I was somewhat smart and didn't give her 7 to go find the girl / steal. I'm not that stupid. But moral of the story.

There needs to be a clear plan to force them out of the car if they get in and beg for money or refuse to leave. I would love to throw her out of the car but that could lead to assault charge (you never know with these corrupt courts in this country).

2. Quote an outrages donation that they know no one will accept.

3. Demand money for time being wasted and not get out until they get something.

If she looks decent, she will not have a problem getting picked up at lease 5 times an hour. 5 guys x $5 and they are making 25 an hr of this racket, enough for their fix. Yea they could make more by putting work and then getting the next guy, but less be honest here. SW don't have the best work ethics, and they would prefer to get what ever money they can doing as less work as possible.

The morale to the story, don't even give the damn 5 or 6 bucks. Don't let them even think they can get away with it.

What would I do?

I would offer them one last chance to get out if they don't, tell them, they are going on a road trip and you are going to hit 295 or 95 and not stop until you are out of Baltimore and you are not bringing them back when they decide to change their mind. Also before you leave, turn the recording App on, on your phone and record the conversation asking her to leave and her refusing to get out. Offer her many opportunities to get out, so if she starts with that "you are kidnapping me BS" you have evidence to counter her lies if it comes down to that.
