I agree with H Mobius. If your back is that messed up, your priority should be on seeing a licensed MT with knowledge and experience--one who actually knows what she is doing. That combo is a bit like looking for a hammer that doubles as a screwdriver, though the converse happens all the time but it isn't as effective.

The last sex worker I had who gave a good massage was Ivy at Hayaku but she is gone. You might try Candy there, but I cannot say how good she will be for you as you have injuries.
