I agree with H Mobius. If your back is that messed up, your priority should be on seeing a licensed MT with knowledge and experience--one who actually knows what she is doing. I'd highly recommend Darlene at Havina Spa in the CC. But don't expect any play as she is strictly legit and professional. The ad is in Craigslist.

That combo is a bit like looking for a hammer that doubles as a screwdriver, though the converse happens all the time but it isn't as effective.

The last sex worker I had who gave a good massage was Ivy at Hayaku but she is gone. You might try Candy there, but I cannot say how good she will be for you as you have injuries. And I think it was Yuki (could be mistaken) at Blue Sky who also gave a good massage, then again none of these sex workers were massaging a "messed up" back.

You might want to see a real MT who can more accurately address your specific needs and leave the sex to a sex worker. I once had back trouble and no way would I allow a charlatan do her "techniques".
