If that type of environment is uncomfortable for you then I'd recommend trying regular massage & acupuncture places that only offer private rooms, either with a real door or at least a long curtain. You've got nothing to worry about. On my first visit after confirming that I had never been there before, the provider made a halfhearted effort to reach for a cover before I waved her off.
