Unfortunately California has stick up their ass about the human trafficking issue the past few years. They keep running these stories in SD and it has dried up whatever good SW's there was. Personally I have not seen a WSW worth picking in SD in almost 3 years now. Whenever you read one of these stories you should use extra caution. They soon found themselves in handcuffs. The women were undercover Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies posing as prostitutes in a sting operation aimed at stemming the demand in the commercial sex industry".

With the exception of a few counties in Nevada, offering money for sex is a CRIME in America. You put yourself at risk if you do. If a prostitute is the best you can do, I suggest going to a freer part of the world to find one: Mexico and Spain are examples.

A strategy that probably works in the USA is asking the streetwalker or masseuse to do something that's legal but which an under cover female police officer won't do, for example, dance naked for you, or give you a "massage" while she's nude. If she passes that test, you are probably safe asking her for what you want. Remember that hand jobs for money is prostitution in the law of most states.

The streets behind and near California Girls (Washington, 11th, and Bewley). They tend to be along Hazard Avenue west of Harbor Boulevard. Sometimes they are on Hazard east of Harbor. They used to be further south on Harbor at First and even McFadden in the plaza with McDonald's--not so much these days. So stay between Westminster and Hazard.

I'm not an SW monger anywhere other than in our very conveniently close Tijuana. It's well covered on this site and it is just a handful of blocks, but the Zona Norte neighborhood is rich with very sweet and attractive chicas from barely legal to grannie's age, but more young than old. The downside is that default service quality is pretty much horrible, but if you have limited funds you can't complain about sucky / fucky with hot 18-25 year old sweeties for less than the cost of breakfast at Denny's. At least if you pay with pesos. Speak spanish, charm and entertain them and service quality goes up. Pay more for extended time and they relax and service will be better. Not technically a "stroll" because the real Mexicana health inspected chicas stand in the same location every day in front of the cheap hotels that will accommodate your lewd conduct for $5 or less for 15-20 minutes. You will always know where to find your fave. They don't move beyond their spot and work space hotel. The girls around Plaza Ghandi are both native Italians and immigrants. Its easy to find both and you will have an amazing time.

On a fixed budget you will find Colombia extremely cost effective and there are alot of legal brothels all over. In Medellin my favorite is called "New Life".

Outside of the US its a completely different story. My favorite tracks are:

#2 - The street behind Botero Plaza in the El Centro district of Medellin, Colombia.

There is a few SW's downtown at times. But the action tends to be sporadic at times. The best thing to do is follow the posts here and see the what the trends are. There has been fewer reports of SW's in the downtown area lately.

I've gone downtown to look for SWs before and have never found any. If you have a car available, I'd recommend you go to South LA via Figueroa. You're certain to find SWs from Vernon and Imperial (roughly 5 miles) no matter the time of day. Make sure you get cash out of an ATM at LA Live, because the last thing you want to do is grab cash in South LA as the area is pretty sketchy.

For me its about the quantity and the quality.

Santa Ana's Harbor Blvd has my vote.
