So the News Article seems to have conflicting results. It implies they FAILED to pass a bill nixing Any sexual contact, but in what you quote, it implies it may. So, I read the bill, which thankfully is very short:

How do you do it?

Creating your fake FB page might be different for the unmarried monger, I will take you down the married road.

Buy a hobby phone. Mine is a smart tracfone cost 60. (limited space make sure you get a SD card too).

How to find friends?

I started my friend list by friending some popular Political, TV, Radio personalities in the Grand Rapids area. They will friend you and you can then ad some of their friends. This gets your number up so you don't look so new. A lot of girls will not accept a friend that looks new to FB, it looks like a fake page.
