I don't recognize the number, but I saw a girl with those pics a long time ago. I remember her not being the girl in the pics, but not bad looking. I think it's in case the Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA) gets passed. That will make site publishers liable if they have any knowledge that their site is being used for sex trafficking. Not just civil liability, but also criminal liability. So the site operators could wind up in jail. And it allows trafficking victims to sue said site for damages too.

To me it looks like older ads are still being permitted to be renewed, but new ads are now only have allowed to have a phone number and photos. No text. So maybe BP is thinking they can't possibly be judged to have any knowledge of their site being used for sex trafficking if ads no longer have any words.
