If you've got a car, then you can drive down the Beltway toward Annandale or out I-66 toward Fairfax or Centreville and find a few Thai massage providers who offer French lessons and / or FS for additional tuition. There are also some Thai and Asian massage providers in Centreville and Fairfax who don't offer FS but offer very good massages with a few extras if you don't mind changing your expectations. And whatever you do, avoid the Asian crapshoot ads which promise nuru massages and / or young providers but typically fail to deliver on either promise.

I went there on a whim a few months back, pretty sure I got the same lady, said her name was Jenny. Really good English, uses slang as well.
