I called this morning and booked an appointment with Kiki but on arrival she was already busy (the whole place was busy). I was asked to wait 20 minutes and then, once I'm on table, find out I'm seeing Cindy and not Kiki. I should have left as it was not a good experience (I had much better times when this was Evergreen and that sets a pretty low bar) and it sounds like my experience has happened with other therapists there. As all the recent positive attention has increased traffic, I advise managing your expectations that an appointment will be kept (don't go without some time flexibility or a backup plan) and either walking away or waiting for what you are looking for. I know it's always YMMV. Went to BLDS the other day. Kiki was already in an appointment. I got Holly. Massage was sub par and there was no hint of extras. Even going as far as her telling me, you cannot touch me. I usually fare well at these places and this is just my experience. I may try again for Kiki.

I had a far different experience with Holly and another one that I can't recall her name. Was very surprised since I'd been there when under the other name several times. Used to be very hit & miss. Mostly miss. Last two visits were hits and pricey for an AMP though.
