Seems like it would happen more often than it does. I think for it to happen someone has to complain pretty vocally. That always seems to be the common thread. Not my backyard, I'm from Ohio, but this place is a rip-off. $50 for a half hour and a $10 up-charge for a 'frontal' massage. So is was $60 total for a DIY. No thanks. Never again. Hope this helps others. Stay safe.
