There is so much truth to that statement above. Whereas Japan mood seems dark and depressed, Korea seems vibrant and so lively. Japanese are nicer to foreigner by a bit than Korean but Korean women are prettier and partly mostly due to multiple plastic surgeries. And, yes if you're a foreignor that doesn't speak japanese you will get no LOVE.
