If you are using your phone, try using a computer. If you're already doing that, try a different browser (I use Chrome). I had a small issue where I put a search parameter on and didn't know it. Click on the "reset all" button to fix that. Lastly, delete your cookies. I just put in my town that has a population of 50 K and I get about 40 without saying I want a 10 mile radius (to weed out the hundreds that are in Seattle).
