Hit the Ave Tues night and it wasnt quite the smorgasboard it usually is, saw a few out but ended up scooping Becky near Livernois. I didn't recognize her with the hoodie on but realized we have dated before. She has shorter blonde hair maybe, pretty fit in her 30's I'm guessing and cute but just doesn't do it for me. She did take me to a new spot that I will use anext time in town. BBBJ was ok but couldn't get nut. Fiv wouldve prob helped but she said she had about 4 layers on so I didn't push the issue. She is nice and easy to deal with just not for me. So after dropping her I wanted to get my nut but pickings were slim and ended scooping Crystal. Looked cute from the car with her cream color knit hat but when she got in she had some miles on her, shoulda dropped but gave her a shot and after finding a spot and getting her pants down for a little fiv during the BBBJ the stench was not very pleasant and cut activities short as I knew it was going to be a lost cause. Cut my losses after that and headed back east towards hotel, tried Harper a few times but didn't see much but maybe a BSW near Cabana motel but too many characters milling around in the parking lot that I decided to end my mission.

Who is the brunette that strolls chalmers? I usually see her walking against traffic and she looks completely out of place- almost like a decoy. I've never scooped but I'm thinking about it. She's about 5'7, brunette, maybe 135 lbs, clean clothes, normally wearing black leggings, nice shape. Any info would be appreciated.

Anytime I've ever been pulled over since the days of smart phones I have done this. Go on social media, there are videos of police stops being recorded all the time. What are they going to do? Smash your phone? It goes up to the cloud. They can't do fuck all about it. Period. The more important part of this post was the part about it being imperative you know your rights. Police can not search your vehicle without probable cause. It's the forth amendment. God bless America. Anyone remember a while back when a gentleman in his 50's was pulled over in Inkster. The police asked him to get out of his car and he asked what for? The police ended up pounding his face in and it was all on camera. That guy? No criminal record. Nothing. Clean as a whistle. Last I read the officer was fired and the police department paid a nice settlement upwards of 1 million dollars. Most police have body cameras now. And almost all cruisers have cameras.

Gentleman. Know your rights. I'm not and I will say it twice, I am NOT DISPUTING that this may have happened. What I will say is this. If a situation as such happens to you, assuming you have nothing illegal in your vehicle and nothing to be concerned about, you simply turn on your phone camera the minute you are pulled over. Then when asked if they can search you state that you do not consent based upon your 4th amendment rights. At that point if they do as Metro said happened to him, you simply comply without argument and record the whole thing. Make sure to get the police car number and the cops badge if possible. Then you call Jeffrey Figer and wait till the check comes.

The forth amendment is our right to protect us against illegal search and seizure. This means the police must see a crime taking place or an illegal item in your vehicle. The amendment states that they must have probable cause. This means they have to see something illegal or a crime being done. If they ask you to search and you politely decline and they search anways? That is a violation of your 4th amendment rights. Plain and simple. Just be sure to record it. And don't be obvious with your phone. All you really need is the audio of them asking and you saying " for what reason? I haven't broken any laws ". A police officer saying they " think they saw a weapon "? Either they did or they didn't but it has to be in the line of sight.

I was over that way a few days ago, hoping she would be out and about. Spent a hour or so in the general vicinity (Chalmers / Harper / Gratiot) and saw only one, a BSW on Harper, that didn't pique my interest (or anything else).
