Twice in the last two months, I have made an appointment to meet one of their new, fresh faces. First day for each of them. The first time, I drive 45 minutes to the hotel and was in touch with them throughout the trip. When I was in the hotel parking lot, the male handler told me that she had taken off. He apologized and offered me $25 (off my next session. I had taken 1/2 vacation at work and driven 1. 5 hours round trip for nothing and was offered $25 for my trouble.

A few weeks later, I gave them another chance. I made the appointment and was told to head towards O'Hare and call back for more detailed directions. I called back and texted at least ten times while I drove around on Mannheim. Finally, I call after my appointment time was past and told them that this was the second time and I was canceling. Another 1. 5 hours of wasted driving. I got a call back and was told that he had to go, to find her because she wasn't answering her phone and had "fallen asleep. " She was off their website the next day not to return.

No offer of compensation. No apology. Same male handler. So I am out 1/2 day vacation time and 3 hours of driving for nothing from this agency. Unless they compensate me with a freebie, I will keep my business with more reliable agencies. The $50 discountnon prices and new, but quickly disappearing girls is not worth the hassle.

Well once again, they have proven me wrong. Several hours after I posted my review of Sandra, the handler reached out to me and was very apologetic. She informed me that I would receive a 250 credit towards my next appointment. She promised that what happened the other night would never happen again and they made it a point to say that they value me as a client. This was a complete shocker. Let me tell you, when I woke up yesterday, I was really upset. All I kept thinking was how I was out my 300 (250 donation plus travel expenses for Uber). Any of you who have mongered as long as I have I'm sure you've had that terrible feeling of being burned and out of hard earned money. That's the feeling I had when I woke up.

Well that effort on their part has me sold again as to why they have been my go to agency. This is the fourth time in my hobbying career where an agency (or indie) has tried to make things right for a previous mishap. And this is an action that I have the utmost respect for. As a client, this shows me that you truly value my business and shows that you respect that it's clients like myself that help keep you in business. With that being said, I felt obligated to post this after yesterday's review. In fact, I already have my choice as to who I'd like to use my credit with. I tip my hat to EEC once again for showing that they truly care about their clients. As they explained, their #1 perk of hiring fresh new girls can have it's ups and downs. Unfortunately, I experienced one of the downs the other night, but yesterday they made everything right. This is why EEC will remain one of my ATF agencies in the area. I will continue to give them my stamp of approval. Kudos to you EEC.

Now I am aware that a few of my fellow hobbyists reached out to them asking about my review. For you guys, thank you for following me and my posts. Makes me feel good to know that you guys appreciate and respect my reviews. One thing I will say is this. I truly value this board and community. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of you (had a few GBs and a few 3 somes that were very memorable). As a fellow hobbyist, I will continue to share my thoughts and experiences with you guys. I used to speak extremely highly of them.

Initially I wasn't going to post this but I will feel really bad if someone else had the same experience as I did. The girl I met was nice and sweet, but this line of work is not for everyone and I made that known to the agency. If any of you choose to see her, do so at your own risk. The agency told me that another hobbyist gave positive feedback after his visit. I'm still trying to figure out how.
