EEC and 262 Escorts are run by the same group of folks. Like any other business, business partners or bosses and underlings are unlikely to agree on everything every time. So, overtime, they have drama, old EEC was broken up by someone taking a bunch girls starting their own shop, then some girls quit, worked with someone else, or moved on.
