It's possible. In my case, we went to her place. She wanted money up front, agreed to FS, then tried to give me reasons why she couldn't do FS. Same here, in twelve years cruising the DMV loops the only actual HSW that come to my mind is "puerto rican" Natalie from the conkling loop, she is been reported here several times, I tried her twice, but she had a bitchy attitude and that was it for me, we spoke in Spanish and can tell by her accent she is from another third world country or she is been hanging out too much with spanish speakers from out of the island.
