I was out last. Ishtar after work. I cruised 27th and it was dead. Or nothing worthy of s donation. Went to 79th, drive by the Valero at 13th. There's shorty. Was making the rounds in OT around 12:30 am. Swung around 16th and saw 3 cop cars in the street. Looks like they had some guy in cuffs.
