This used to be Star Spa. I haven't been since they changed the name. The price listed in their ad is also different ($46/ hour versus $50/ hour) so it "may" be new management but likely not. Previously it wasn't great with rather inexperienced women.

Other places in PB are also changing names. Empire on Garnet changed to Water Spa months ago. Yoshi's on Grand which has been there a long time is now Arigato but still advertises Asian and Latin staff so I expect it is still the same as before.

What is your definition of standard FS pricing? They seem to range from $120-$160, so it varies.
