Come on guys, this has been beaten to death. There are certain areas that have been clearly explained. Certain girls work certain areas and they have been repeatedly detailed. Daily schedules vary based on so many things that it's impossible to know. They're not punching a clock. Weather, LEO, last hit, housing issues all come into consideration. Then, there's always the possibility that the particular girl is having her head banging against a headboard that night.
Lately, it's the Consulate area that's been popular. If you can't find a girl in that area then it's time to start looking into a seeing eye dog. They're out most hours of the day and night. You can go there at 11 pm one day and see 10 girls the very next day you could see 10 different girls at that time.

You might be right! However I would like to say that most of them can't hold their regular schedule of work if they have ones. And most of them can't manage their location as well since they normally don't have a stable place to stay everyday. I think it is a hit or miss. Most of us "seasoned" mongers know that some of these girls do have "usual" places and times they hang out. At least in general. Some work only at night while some prefer to work in the daylight. Some work the north side while others work the south side. Then again there are a select few that you could see anywhere at anytime and those are usually the ones I try to avoid as the habit is completely controlling their lives and they will get there fix by ANY means. Just my 2 cents worth.
