May my way back to Angel's, confirmed Coco was there along with Linda, but drew Lisa. Good experience, but my first time with her, so I didn't expect too much.

Coco is very busy now. To be sure to see her, make an appointment.

I dropped into Arlington Therapy this morning but Lotto was already with a customer. Coco (yes, I know.) was available, so I went ahead and saw her. She is probably also in her 50's, nice little body, decent size breasts (probably C cup). She gave a very attentive massage with lots of teasing. When it came time for the flip, she provided a similar menu to Lotto. More than a typical NOVA finish. She was open to lots of roaming and left me very happy. I would see either one of them again.

But Jm. Much respect to your seniority but I'm not tipping a legitimate masseuse, esp. For a mediocre massage. I tip for extras. I paid for what I got which was listed on their site / ad.

You just ended up at an establishment where, at least with that particular masseuse, extras aren't available. That happens all the time and, unless there are reports to the contrary, I always go to a new AMP expecting them to be legit. Then if something extra happens it's a pleasant surprise.

About all the checkboxes you listed, there's nothing I noticed that would be a clear indication one way or the other. Asian legit masseuses are often more relaxed about nudity and even if they take off or move the draping that's still not a sure sign of extras. And they massage so many men that when a guy gets hard they know how to work around it and generally ignore it. And even if they notice and talk about it (usually with a laugh or giggle) that moves the needle closer but still isn't a guarantee.

About the tip, if you left nothing at all then that's wrong, IMHO. She provided a 90 min massage and a shower and deserves at least 15%-20% or, if the massage was average, maybe 10%-15%. There was no sign saying "HE available here" when you walked in. It would be like walking into a burger joint and refusing to tip the waitress because steak wasn't on the menu. The waitress delivered a burger and you ate it, so she deserves a tip for the level of service she provided even if it wasn't what you were hoping to get.

I stumble on this place and figured I'd shoot my shot. This place resembled the AMP I've frequented in places other than NoVA. Now, no mama here, but a guy. No biggy. Once I crossed the doors I was committed, worse case scenario, I get a massage and that's it.

So, I head to the room, take off my clothes. It's apparent my masseuse, early 40's semi attractive is ok with me being in nude.

Check one.

Fast forward, start getting my massage and it's pretty average to below average, like most AMPs.

Check two.

Then, while massaging, I'm erect, junk all over the place and she never appears uncomfortable. In fact, continues to stretch and massage me in ways that reveal it.

Check three.

Halfway through, she asks if I would prefer the 90 min over the 60. Ok. Sure. Check three and a half.

Then before I know it. Massage is over and she asks me to get up to lead me to the shower. I'm thinking, this where it gets good. Not your typical shower but again, she's not shying away. Dries me off like a king, leads me back to the room. The end.

Super disappointed and confused.

1. Should I have made a move and been more aggressive.

2. Propositioned earlier.

3. Maybe I looked like LEO.

I don't know but that was that.

On the way out the door, she asked for a tip. LMAO. I told her for a tip, she needs to. She replied she doesn't do that. Then no tip. I'm out. The End.

Seniors, care to elaborate on this place, where I went wrong, etc.

That's the oldest trick in the book. "Accidentally" touch you and then ask if you would like to add more time. Then send you packing with nothing.

FF is fairly legit. They do let you finish yourself off, but don't assist.

Your only outlet is whatever you can do on your phone. So you sit there staring at the screen until someone comes through the door. You deal with ugly customers, ugly food, and messy hands all day. When you go home each night, you have about an hour of down time before having to go to bed and repeat the same routine again, and again, ad infinitum. Don't forget you're sharing one room with one or two other employees. Today you're beleagured with work because the place is short staffed. By night time, you are exhausted, and cannot wait to go home. You powered down the friers and cleaned out the ice cream machine. Ten minutes before closing a random dude comes in and orders two large fries and a large chocolate shake. And he's going to stay past closing, plop down, and take his time eating his meal. Don't be that guy and expect a top notch dining experience.

Good point, everyone should try to avoid being that guy. Though I am new to the area I am not new to the game. Since it was after 8, I called (providing opportunity for them to say no) and was told to come on in. I arrived before 9 (the ad says they close at 10) and asked for 60 leaving plenty of time for breakdown / next day prep. IMHO, if you are going to ask for 60, arriving 70 or 75 min before closing is last customer.

Everyone has a bad day on occasion but if I reach out and am told to come in I expect, at min, a decent legit massage and a modicum of professionalism.

Finally had a chance to visit after they reopened. All my favorite trios are still there. Jenny is there now only on Sundays. I was told there is a new young pretty girl scheduled to arrive in late November. I had a hard time catching the name, sounded like "Yoomi"? May be Yummi. Anyways I am more than content with any of the three Dolls (checkout previous post for names). What a game to play with Dolls. I am in rapture.

I find Jenny to be very attractive and her massages are awesome! So I've seen this lovely woman many times. And I've always been very happy with her services. In fact, she's one of my faves on the scene right now. But I'm not minimizing your complaint, HG. Spending a buck twenty gives one an expectation that they will leave happy.

However, I can tell you the 1st and 2nd time I met her she talked to me about having to develop a level of trust between her and her clients. Keep in mind that when you see a massage therapist for the 1st time, they are also seeing someone new. The smart ones are wary because they have lives outside work that cannot afford disruption. They do not need trouble. And Jenny is one who likes to maintain a very low profile.

Maybe she misinterpreted something or got spooked for some reason. It could have happened before you even got there and carried over to your session. Who knows?

And I'm not telling you you should go back, because you sound pretty upset. Again, for the price you paid, I understand why you would be. But I am saying I have found her to be an exceptional massage therapist.

That being said, she does have her limits. Even being a regular does not seem to change that. (But I'm not going to get into all that. PM me if you want more info). Of course I wish she would open up some, but I still find the time I spend on her table to be extremely satisfying.

Just wanted to share a different perspective based on my first-hand experience.

Sounds like you hit Jenny on a bad day. She used to work with KK before she set out on her own and I have seen her many times over the past 3 years and have ALWAYS had high quality CMT massages with unbelievable teasing and finishes. I especially like her signature 'long stroke' starting at your knee and finishing at your shoulder with a deep firm passage through your inner thigh, and privates. By the time you flip, you really need to concentrate to hold it back for the next adventure. I'd give it another try. Treat her nice. Get to know her, she is a sweet Chinese woman.

Beware. Thought this was going to be a fun trip but ended up getting a legit $60 massage for $120 . And blue balls.

I guess need to read here before buying. All the right words in the ad however. Went because of convenient Maple Ave West location. Think provider name was something like Jenny.

Few weeks ago I dreamed I was in a desert and saw an Oasis. But it was a very old and weird one. I was very parched and incredibly thirsty, but upon arriving there I laid down waiting forever and received mediocre accommodations. Everything smelled like smoke. I traveled to this place assuming I could get something above standard, but was very disappointed. Got standard but no attraction. I don't think I will be returning.

I think YMMV is very dependent on who the provider was.

New to NOVA. Based on reports I went to Angel the other night for my first massage up here. An older woman answered the door and ushered me to a room. As she left she called out for the much praised Coco. A woman who looked a lot like an asian idol came in and told me that she had another customer come in and "another girl" will take care of me. After she left the older woman came back. I know I was one of the last walkin customers of the night and she made it clear she was not interested in giving a massage but I didn't leave, hoping I was wrong. I was not. One of the worst massages at an AMP I have ever had. After a quick all business TS she had me back in the room and on my stomach - 40 ish minutes of mediocre effort on my back & legs came the flip. Immediate mechanical finish and she was turning on the lights.

Based on reports I expected something better than a standard AMP xp, instead I got something more akin to a half-ass bodyrub from a backpage girl using a mattress on a floor in the back bedroom of a trashy apartment. I will plan better next time and make sure when / if I try Angel again I am out the door if this lady walks into the room again.

No, I did not get a name. I wasn't even sure she spoke english until after she turned on the lights. To be fair, she did not short me on time.

Many have learned over the years, when you are a new customer (almost for any business, but especially AMPs), walking in at the end of a business day is not a success for much happiness (as your experience shows).

Even as a well-established client, I do not unexpectedly arrive for a late appointment (these ladies generally work 10 or more hours -- if they have been busy, they are rightly fatigued in the last business hour).

There are a few places where being the last client can result in an extended visit (but not as a newby walkin).

Always be nice to the nice ladies.
