Multiple sources and a recent new TER review about Sierra, one of the girls there, confirm the intel that I gathered. For $300, you should able to get FS from many BP girls, $350 can get you a decent girl from many agencies.

TER local discussion have a thread about this, ChicagoCoverGirl/SimpleGFE folks said that Explicit has closed.
