Guys,

Here is how I get into pussy that needs refs in a new city. See a newbie friendly girl and then ask her to be a reference for her when you have the date, after the deed is done. There are always newbie friendly girls. Some girls don't take refs from out-of-city girls or girls from different boards. Thanks all for the suggestion about tipping. What all of you suggest makes a lot of sense given that pricing is based off of what's negotiated and we (as Mongers) don't want to drive up the price. I can also see that it is based off of the person and experience that you have with the Provider and (ultimately) the experience that you have with them. Maybe this is something reserved more for someone that you develop a "working" relationship with (as in an "regular" that you often visit as opposed to a "first time visit").

I've left 100 instead of 80 bc I didn't feel like stopping for change but in general it's bad practice bc we shouldn't be encouraging higher prices.
