Send them a picture of drivers license. NO. As far as references you have to earn them. Thanks all for the suggestion about tipping. What all of you suggest makes a lot of sense given that pricing is based off of what's negotiated and we (as Mongers) don't want to drive up the price. I can also see that it is based off of the person and experience that you have with the Provider and (ultimately) the experience that you have with them. Maybe this is something reserved more for someone that you develop a "working" relationship with (as in an "regular" that you often visit as opposed to a "first time visit").
