If screening gets too intensive then walk away. In my 45+ years of mongering I have had providers ask to call my job for a reference or that I send them an email from Company email. NO. Send them a picture of drivers license. NO. As far as references you have to earn them. Go out and have fun and when you have a rapport with a provider whether it's a one time or routine thing ask her can you use her as a reference. Most of my providers Have said yes. BP girls and non reviewed girls ar not too reliable for referenced thoug.

Thanks all for the suggestion about tipping. What all of you suggest makes a lot of sense given that pricing is based off of what's negotiated and we (as Mongers) don't want to drive up the price. I can also see that it is based off of the person and experience that you have with the Provider and (ultimately) the experience that you have with them. Maybe this is something reserved more for someone that you develop a "working" relationship with (as in an "regular" that you often visit as opposed to a "first time visit").

I've left 100 instead of 80 bc I didn't feel like stopping for change but in general it's bad practice bc we shouldn't be encouraging higher prices. You would think it maybe would help you get noticed for quicker replies but I don't think they have it together enough to remember who tossed them an extra 20.

I would never tip on the first visit if at all. This will drive prices up almost guaranteed. I've had one or two providers who went out of their way to see me. If they wanted 0. 6 for a BBBJ I might throw them an extra 0. 2 from time to time.
