My understanding of mentorship is they want to learn from us. Being as we're older, wiser (hopefully), and experienced they want to tap into our knowledge about life, etc. While we tap those. ! Experience can also mean sexually where we should be able to really teach them. I've noticed that some SBs actively seek SDs in their chosen field or profession to learn from. Just my two cents worth but I hope it helps. If it's a code, I haven't cracked it!

These are college chicks looking for professional insight from industry point of view. Most of these girls are either in school or recent single moms looking for income. I haven't run into any pros yet but I have been asking if they host or not and where at. Weeds out the escorts for the most part. Well its a little to late for that. The horse has done left the barn. Most of these type girls can't get the volume of because tomes they need so lose interest in the site. I view these girls as clean, safe, no records, and UTR. Would a drug arrest be a red flag or just a rate reduction? Just curious. I got two in a similar situation, they both staying in cheap hotels because they are "down on their luck". This is another red flag for me. The pickings out my way (Gwinnett) are not too good.

It's not rocket science, if its not what it looking for move to the next. With the migration of pros in masses to Sa surprised you haven't encountered it before. Also post the links you found, some guys (most) don't care what they did before. Once they post a profile on Sa they become a sb smfh. I personally don't understand how that happens but to each their own.
