Far be it for me to disagree with my fellow mongers, but my experience in Tijuana has been much different. My BBFS batting average has been 100% for the last several times I've been there. Not true. While I now live in Tampa, I grew up in San Diego and go home often to see friends and family. I often pop over the border for some panocha while I am there.
