All sounds a little fishy to me. According to her and her fathers story she goes back to her SUV to get her gun to fire a warning shot. Leaves without telling them she may have been involved with an altercation on the same corner recently. Instead waits a few days to report it?

Homeless isn't a reason to be gut shot twice and left to die. Sounds like she is the one void of any decent qualities. Just a spoiled little rich girl living off her trust fund.

The way I read it, she had armed herself to escort, no pun intended, her friend to her car. My thought is, there is no way I would return to the scene if I had shot at, let alone hit someone earlier.
