Saw what I think was a decent looking red head at the corner of Ashton and S Payson. She was sitting back on the side of a stoop. I assumed she was dating, but I don't really know, she kept grinning and turning her head. She wouldn't really take her eyes off her cell phone.

Yes, the old Mandy is definitely back hanging around the Citgo. I personally saw her out there a couple of times in the last month or so, but I heard that she has been back on the scene for a while now. Not sure if she ever actually got clean. Unfortunately she has some mileage on her now and I have been passing on her because I can sometimes find younger girls in the Dundalk area.
